Self Defence
David has vast experience in many different Japanese arts, including: Kendo, Kyokushin Kai Karate, Shorinji Kempo, Gaijin Ryu Karate, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu and Aikido.
He teaches classes to both children and adults, showing them the basic movements as well as incorporating the philosophy behind martial arts. When he teaches an individual, he gears the session towards whatever they need; this might be basic punches and kicks, specific techniques or just general self defence. David has a number of clients who like to incorporate padwork within their general fitness sessions too.
This type of training is fantastic for overall fitness but also promotes self-confidence.
