Methods of payment
Payment is via bank transfer or card payment. Payments for block bookings are taken on or before the first session of the block.

David and Anna’s book, Run Strong•Run Free: An introduction to the science and art of barefoot running, was published in 2012 and covers both the theoretical and practical aspects of barefoot running and running technique. It has been described by barefoot ultrarunner, Alan Thwaits, as, “To date, the best book on barefoot running I’ve come across. The sub-title says it all.”

Anna and David were asked to help prepare the exercise models for the production of this book and corresponding DVD in 2008. Their expertise was required to ensure correct positioning and execution of the exercises and they spent time coaching the models as well as being on set for the DVD and photographic shoots.

Missed Appointments and Late Cancellation Policy
24 hours’ notice is respectfully requested if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Unforeseen circumstances do occur and this is always taken into consideration but please be aware that by providing at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation before your scheduled appointment allows for another client to fill your allocated session time.
Your bookings are therefore made with the agreement that the full session fee will be charged should you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
