Anna's background is in traditional fitness training. She began her career eighteen years ago teaching aerobics and traditional gym workouts, predominantly working with people wanting to lose weight and improve overall fitness. Anna’s clients became more diverse after she gained her Pilates qualifications and she soon became a specialist in working with people in pain, taking referrals from the Back Clinic at the Royal London Hospital.
Anna now works with a whole range of clients. Her approach is often described as holistic; she considers the whole person (mind and body) when structuring programmes for different individuals. She intuitively knows how hard to push each client, whether their goal is weight loss or getting rid of back pain, so that results are achieved safely and effectively.
